Being listed is free. You also start with 3 free credits, so you can respond to a few projects and test the waters at no charge. After that, you only pay when you choose to respond to a project: smaller projects cost 1 credit ($10), larger ones 2 or 3 credits. You always see the cost before you respond. No subscription, no contract.

Why is my business already listed on RenoMoncton?
We built the directory from public business information (your website, Google listing) so homeowners could find local pros from day one. Confirming your listing lets you control it: your categories, your notification email, your photos and description. You can also remove it entirely if you prefer.
How do I know the projects are real?
Every project goes through several checks before any business sees it: the homeowner must have a New Brunswick postal code, must confirm their email address by clicking a link, and their request is screened automatically for spam and off-topic content. Anything doubtful goes to a human review before it reaches you. A homeowner also has to invest real effort describing their project, which filters out the casually curious.
Do I pay to be listed or to look at leads?
No and no. Being listed is free. Receiving project notifications is free. Reading the full project details is free. You only ever pay when you decide to respond to a project, and you see the exact cost before you do.
What do I see before spending anything?
The full project description (our system helps homeowners include the scope and rough scale, like how many windows or trees), any photos they added, the city, and the exact credit cost to respond. You judge with everything on the table.
What if a lead I paid for is fake or unreachable?
We return your credits. See our fair lead guarantee above: fake, unreachable, or duplicate leads are on us, not you.
Am I committing to anything by confirming my listing?
No. Confirming just makes sure we show accurate information and know where to notify you. There is no contract, no subscription, and no minimum. You can stop receiving leads, or leave entirely, at any time from your confirmation page.
Will my email or phone be shown publicly?
Your notification email is never shown publicly; it is only used to tell you about projects. Your public listing shows what is already public: your business name, website, and service categories.
How do I get picked by more homeowners?
Homeowners choose based on what they see. Businesses with accurate categories, a clear description, and photos of their work get picked more. Confirming your listing and polishing your profile takes a few minutes and is free.
